Vibrant Farm specializes in greens, salad vegetables, berries, and herbs with a focus on providing consistent staples while offering unique vegetable varieties.

Our favorite crops are greens and we grow a wide range including microgreens, baby greens, salad mixes, bunched greens, and culturally diverse specialties.

Lakeside Farm

Small family farm at our home on Rt. 109 in Morris. We use all organic practices for our seasonal vegetables and fruits. We grow and prepare everything ourselves, specializing in heirloom tomatoes, lettuce, herbs, greens, peas, beans, shallots, kohlrabi, melons, strawberries, blueberries and our own jellies and jams.

Chanticleer Acres continues to expand our offering with each passing year. We sell pasture raised, gmo-free, soy-free, eggs a variety of nutrient dense fruits and vegetables and culinary mushrooms.

Our mission is to build a strong local food economy by supporting other local farms, chefs, and organizations. We do this by producing high quality local seasonal food and by offering educational opportunities for the general public and partner organizations.

Dedicated husband and wife team providing local, naturally grown food to the community. Will be offering Honey, seasonal vegetable, jams & jellies.

A mobile food concept that focuses on sourdough pizza, seasonal ingredients, local sourcing and the joy of sharing a meal to bring people together.

Countryside Carbs

A variety of artisan breads with a focus on sourdough. She loves to make traditional loaves as well as bagels and English muffins. There will be special weekly flavors in addition to her classic best sellers like jalapeno cheddar, double chocolate, beer and cheese and more! You can also expect to see some fun cookies throughout the weeks! Make sure to stop by for some delicious baked goods that you and your family are sure to love!

Challah

The Challah tent will be providing Brooklyn gourmet pull-apart and authentic sourdough Challah. Every purchase goes towards benefiting the local Chabad children program.
